As the crows fly

As the crows fly

Crows fly eastward under the soft greys and whites of pre-storm clouds. A steady internal o’clock prompts their migration across the city to their night’s roost.

They congregate in figures of 3,000 to 6,000 at Still Creek. Sibling crows help raise their sisters and brothers before finding a mate. A generous instinct, protective of the group.
